3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Production and shipping times may vary based on the item selected and customization complexity:

  • Standard production: 7–10 business days.

  • Handcrafted or high-demand items: May take longer; please allow up to 2–8 weeks depending on demand.

You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • There is a confirmed error on our part.

While we strive to faithfully handcraft the final product based on the AI design, please understand that minor differences between the AI preview and the final product are normal and to be expected due to the nature of manual craftsmanship.

By placing an order for AI-based products, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • The final handcrafted product may not exactly replicate the AI-generated image.

  • Variations in color, detail, or texture may occur and are considered normal.

  • Such variations do not qualify the product for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
